The center section where the Decoupage is located is wood. We believe (not confirmed) this may be a 1940’s, WWII Dummy, Drill Practice Shell.
The shell is 31.5 Inches long and about 3.6-3.75 inches in diameter. Guessing that is near 100mm?
We believe the print used is of Bettie Page, by artist Olivia.
